1. No posting after death. This means NO POSTING AFTER DEATH!!!! No popcorn and no "gg wp." Dead players can't post because zombies don't eat keyboards. 2. No screenshots of anything. No list posts, no copies of notes. No screenshots period. MS paint is fine. Screenshots are a personal pet peeve, don't do it. 3. You may talk about any actual or potential changes to the role pm you receive at the start of N1. However, you must paraphrase any changes. Otherwise, you may not comment in any way on any Host-Player interactions either in thread or out of it. No talk about warnings you may or may not have received. 4. Do not ask rules questions about anything in thread; this font may only be used to ask for corrections to errors on votecounts once the game starts 5. You are expected to actively play the game. This is subjective to the hosts opinion. I have no problems with modkilling someone for not making an honest attempt to play the game. 6. No slurs period. Do not be a jerk. Using slurs or being a dick can both get you lynched or modkilled. I will strictly be enforcing the "Be Nice" requirement. I expect players to not be complete douchebags to each other and instead be singing Kumbaya drinking mai tais and margarita on the beach. 7. No requests for, comments on or speculation of modkills. Talking about flips is fine but commenting on good/bad modkill or seeking for a modkill (for yourself or others) will be dealt with severely. Alongside this, wait until post game to talk about bans. 8. If a player or non-host posts a vote count, include Unofficial Vote Count at the top of it to delineate it clearly as a non-host post. 9. Plurality voting system (whoever has the most gets lynched); a tie results in a no lynch. 10. There is a mandatory 1 hour silent period at the end of Day 1 so that hosts have time to send out role PMs and process flips. I will let you know when it's safe to post again. 11. There are no replacements this game only modkills. 12. All my moderation will be posted during the Day post or Night post. If I feel the need that I have to make a post in thread about atmosphere, general dickishness, the lodging of sand in any crevice or similar, then someone is getting modkilled. Modkills during the day or night will not be flipped until the following day or night post. 13. I plan to be a very active host. If I pm you during the game telling you to ship up in any way, it's nothing personal. There may not even be any action on that warning. I personally do not believe in making posts in thread during any phase as it can modconfirm players. If I have to post about you in thread, then I will modconfirm you because you'll be flipped. 14. If by some act of stupidity you haven't read the rules yet, GO READ THEM!!! Only Newbs don't read rules. 15. Respect the deadlines. I will have countdown timer for deadlines; those timers will likely be added to each and every vote count and other things requiring such. If you post really late after a deadline but before the Host Post, then we're going to have some beef. If you are consistently posting after deadlines, then we're going to have beef. Don't do it. | ||
