Really? This is like the easiest thing in the world to do as mafia to get town credit if Dandelion and I are both town. This should be role neutral at best. It is a pro town move by VE but I wouldn't put it past him to do it as mafia. It IS easy to do and if he doesn't engage them someone else will do it anyways. Find better reasons.
