Endgame The E-sports bar was gaining a lot of steam. Interest for Starcraft seemed to be at an all time high, despite mysterious disappearances from the bar. The riots between the two factions of Starcraft fans was dwindling as most Starcraft II fans had been thrown out already. Only one voice was still disgruntled about the whole thing, but the audience found it easy to ignore him and simply enjoy the games, or in this case, the FireBatHero ceremonies. Artanis had decided to showcase a different side of Starcraft today, and the audience was definitely enjoying it. All but one. Coagulation was sick of this shit. "Starcraft II wouldn't have this nonsense!" he exclaimed. In his anger, he went for the nearest power plug he could find and unplugged the projector. Unfortunately for him, it was not all he unplugged as the plug was also powering a fan, whose changed power caused a piece of chewing gum to fall down from the ceiling. The chewing gum flipped a switch which turned on a pc which had a piece of wood stuck in it. This woodpiece launched itself and impaled Coagulation straight in his Starcraft II-loving heart. Hopeless1der, Aquanim, LoneMeow and Oatsmaster have survived! The game has ended. Town victory! I'd like to thank all participants for doing their best, and all coaches for helping their shadows. I feel like this was a succesful set of games that helped improve the skill of players inside. There's three pairs that stand out to me however. -Gonzaw/Jaybrundage for sheer volume in their QT. Gonzaw has put in an amazing amount of effort into the coaching, and it's well appreciated. -Promethelax/Suki for a large QT that had a lot of good questions in it, things to look for, and I think one of the greatest learning experiences in the game. -Balla24/Foolishness for the incredible effort Foolishness put in to coaching with his videos and the attitude in which Balla24 tried to apply all of it into the game. I felt the atmosphere in general of the game was great too. I'm very happy with how the games went, and would like to encourage the coaches and players to talk about their experiences. | ||
