In all srsns I am also jealous of da bbq. We do have a few awesome places in the desert but something about knowing the folks in charge of the place is a whole different dynamic. Besides the fact that Storrzerg is likely a Bamcis chef
The crazy thing is most places here are the type where you have to come up with $100-$300 to eat by yourself
You would need like a grand to a few to eat with friends, and you have to follow a dress code and no carousing
The food is good though.

And Bogota chow, that was awesome
But there is nothing quite like an actual bbq where ppl are cool & whatnot.
Instead of "please inform the waiter of whether or not the meat is sufficiently tender by taking your first cut under his watch; we would not waste your time with a spoiled meat"
Like seriously, the steak is cooked who is so anal that they want you to hang out and watch them approve the cut before they eat?
A rich idiot that is who. Like the oil prigs in my (extended) family. (My immediate family is chill.)
Any day even if I make it big I would rather eat at Storr's place.

If I had to "approve" my meal before I ate it, I wouldn't be at a restaurant...how the hell is that a thing? Unless it was literally the chef that walked my food out to me, in which case that's cool customer service.

+1, I have no clue but they do that.
The places where the chef comes out are in Vegas, day[9] talked about that one time.
Again that is like the $500 meals though not worth.
