I got a Golden Harrison Jones and disenchanted it to make Sylvanas.
It's entirely up to you, really---HJ is a very niche card with some uses in some decks, but if you want to be competitive sooner you can use the dust to craft a better all-around legendary like Rag/Sylvanas/Ysera/Thalnos/etc.
