I'd rather lynch Von or Poofter as well. Nyx and owb have so little to go on right now. I'm really not buying that nyx is scum. Playing terribly. Sure.
I want to know if obzy will vote one of them. I'm not certain we can get 6 votes without him. I'm going to read their filters again before I decide where to place my vote. To be honest I'd vote storr as a last resort as well. He hasn't pushed the town in a direction that helps us much anyway.

Guys, if you want to lynch a lurker please look at one who has posted scummy and is not just posting low content. Nyx seems genuinely concerned about hurting the town and OWB I'd rather lynch next day if we must. His excuse about the internet is lame as hell but whatcha gonna do?

Yup, you'd push your common sense as any alignment. So why not do something towny if you're town? I don't think you were so busy as to be unable to be town for so long after the game started, especially if you were able to post your common sense. Even Odin was able to form some opinions on people, and his rl looks like a total mess.

Now, we can debate over whether or not you were fake contributing or actually contributing. I maintain that almost all your contributions throughout the game were "fake" and designed to make yourself look good rather than help town win. I'm not sure I can go into this part more than I already have.

Too many of your posts had gone by without you doing the most important thing: catch and push lynches on scum. Meanwhile, those posts would have been really easy for scum to make to look good; you yourself say that you'd make those posts regardless of alignment. You ended up following town on July day one, before going back to your common sense posts.
But i have posted about catching and lynching scum. Just because the majority of my posts are not "lynch this person" does not make me scum.
I followed july day 1? Did i not start the vote? Did i not pressure him when his defense was weak? I didn't move my vote, because there was no other option to secure a lynch. You sir are wrong on the july comments...

Now, you're pushing nyx. I had thought he was too nooby to tell if he's scum or just noob town. I'll admit, with his recent posts his lack of explanation is really grating on me. Regardless of his alignment I want more, though I'd imagine the mafia qt would shout at him to stop making posts lacking in reason? I am getting more comfortable with a lynch on him, though I think there's still too decent a chance that he's just being nooby. I like that you push him, though, and that you've stated a solid opinion now.
Or they are telling him to be quiet, and just slide by. very good chance he won't be lynched that way since to many people are saying they want more.... And no one else has voted him... why should he post? And now you voted me, so that takes even more pressure off him

I pretty much made that same case before, Jonny, looks like we're on the same page. I'd also be willing to lynch Poofter. Like I said, Poofter/Vonthin are on the same level for me.

Holy shit, busy weekend. Back now though and will be around for the time of the lynch. Obviously a lot happened while I was gone and I promised I'd talk about Von more which I never got around to since my internet was out.
Reading his most recent posts I still think he's scum. He finally started talking after I called him out, but I don't like what I'm reading. His case against me feels so forced and he's focusing on me because I'm the one who called him out.
His filter is just as small as mine but I feel like he hasn't contributed much in those posts and is just trying to blend in
I'll admit I was playing pretty conservatively, I'm bad at not wanting to step on peoples toes, but I was trying to fix this by calling him out and starting new discussion. He ignored this right up until the end of his post, instead going back and picking apart all of my old posts in a very long winded post that didn't bring any real new information to light. Another part I took issue with
He comes back and responds after being called out by Balla about leaving the vote on E00e. He says he didn't want to not vote and felt e00e was a safe vote, never says any reason why it was a safe vote again, when someone asks him about that he says he gave his reasons on e00e in that earlier post. In that earlier post all he says he feels like its a good vote because he under suspicion and that he hasn't done anything to make me feel like he is town. I just can't accept this as a answer for leaving a vote on someone.
I think I explained my case about e00 pretty well. There are a lot of uncertainties surrounding the day 1 lynch. More times than not they come down to hunches rather than hard facts just because there is so much less information to work with. e00 was playing in a way that wasn't directly benefiting town and I thought there was a chance he was scum. I knew there was going to be a lot of discussion near the deadline I was going to miss so I left my vote on him because I was comfortable lynching him if the rest of the town wanted to, and since we needed to get a majority vote I didn't want my vote to go to waste. It seems like a reach to call me out on this when it seems like a perfectly reasonable town play.
He's been more active recently, but I think there's a chance he's a scum who knows he needs to work his ass off to try and turn the suspicion away from him. We'll see how the discussion goes down around deadline, but for the moment

EBWOP Actually I wouldn't say it's "a reason," it just so happened there were a lot of holes in his attack on me that seemed scummy.

Owb you really should look at poofter. He's scummier to me at this point.
I'd rather stay with him than move onto Von, but if it's an option that will go through I'm okay with that idea.
@storr that's a great point about nyx but he's been getting that pressure all game. Do you think he's playing differently since the start?
