Maybe you will in the first game. It might take you a game or two to get comfortable, but I'd say voice mafia is the most casual form of mafia. Everyone's just out there to have a great time, have a laugh and socialize as well as play the game. We often play silly games like PYP where everyone picks whacky powers which result in scooby doo games and all that, or Assassin in the Palace where people claim the king and enact with eachother in silly ways. It's always great fun and I recommend everyone to try it

I have had a couple of friends from other forum play voice mafia with us, they are not nearly as competent in forum games as even newbie people on TL are, yet they manage to play really good voice games.
