I'm suspicious on the push on PTroughton. He looks like the kind of bait that scum usually latch onto and try to vilify as anti-town. That said, he could stand to voice some more opinions and preferably leave the flavour text to the hosts. So I dropped it. Further solidifying my townread of that slot was rereading after DrTennant flipped scum. Mafia have an information advantage and usually are reluctant to give it out. You seem to think that your post communicated a lot more than it did. I took as wishy washy and filler post and that is scummy ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ That said i dont really mind the spotlight i i thrive in it. And most importantly it helps to make reads. With a ton of people not posting i think there is a definite possibility of 1 or even 2 scum being completely inactive. Of the "active" posters the ones that concern me the most are eccleston and baker. Eccelston despite being active early seems to have just decided to fuck off while i been in the spotlight despite his hig activity early. He hasn't given an opinion on anything that has happened despite showing he was active early on. Baker it appears from my perspective has just decided to sheep who i think is the towniest guy in mccoy and who might have the largest thread control. Baker never gave reasoning he just called mccoy smart and it looks like he is just trying to latch on to an early wagon. Scum love to throw their teammates into their lists when they're not under any sort of pressure. That's not what was happening here. DrTennant was being examined and voted by half the thread, he was looking for a deflection to take the pressure off with one of these two half-cooked reads. I don't think for a second that either of them would be his teammates because deflecting onto one of them would only achieve the same end, focus on a scum player. | ||

I have to say some of your timings are suspicious, you didn't contribute anything to get DrT lynched, no arguments, no analysis, you asked him questions, you told him to post reads. But you were never there to get your hands dirty and convince others. The thing in your favor is that you didn't attempt to derail the lynch though, so I'll roll with you being town for now. But to win this game we need to get rid of Hurndall who thinks it's funny to screw with a game on purpose. | ||

The problem I have with voting H3 is that thedavison joined the game by voting him with his first post. I sincerely doubt scum would do that. | ||

Eccleston was framed by DrT ignoring him to attack me for wishywashyness. What you mention could be true, or it could be a distancing attempt cause DrT feared that people would attack Eccleston for not being attacked by DrT, or it could be something made to look like a distancing attempt. There's no way of knowing what DrT intended to do there. I agree though that the point Eccleston raised against Hurndall with his double-edged reasons and his musings about Trout could be a decent towntell, but I'm not sure if that's enough. Currently I am not sure on who is scum, but my best call would be Tom and Hurndall, and just to be safe it's always best to lynch the guy first who thinks it's funny to play like an ass. | ||
