there is just not enough room for 4 anti-town players in the remaining players I feel like. having to go back through town reads to see if there were any fuck ups is the worst feeling ever

Well, BH ended up convinced he was town. I pointed out a post earlier that was way ballsy and not at all newer-scum looking. Without a red BH flip, all that talk of bussing goes away and it once again just becomes a fearless i-don't-give-a-shit-what-you-think post. Then again, his activity is really lacking, especially with his supposed improvement during the week.

I'm talking off the cuff and without having gone through his filter anew, but I'm feeling a tendency to return to the earlier town read.

I was around when the slip happened and posting my way through it. I ended up at the wrong conclusion obviously, but I did give it a lot of thought.

I didn't say much about BH prior to it because there really wasn't much to add. He really didn't do much of anything before today. I voted to lynch him earlier based on his bad/very lacking filter. I said as much when I voted.

As far as trying to keep the lynch on track, yes I absolutely tried to do that. I share some responsibility for the mislynch, and won't hide from it.

While you're here, where are you at on JJ?

his ambivalence at some key moments in this game has struck me. I tucked it away as many of my town reads were saying he was town. I don't agree with BH at all that it is so obvious.

I as well do not agree on WoS. His posts go in spurts of being fast and furious, without hesitation. He says what he's thinking, without much of a filter. He's confident and trying hard. Does not say scum to me.

Vayne-- the thing is this. as we lose more and more townies, your vote becomes increasingly important. I had you as town for everything up until the BH flip, and I really don't think a re-read is gonna change that (we'll see). don't be afraid to do what works best for you to catch mafia, but more importantly, listen to/read what others have to say. make this thread your bible. I want to win this game, and I know you want to as well.

Stutters-- did you read Hapa's case on Marv that iamp linked? Marv is an excellent player, and it's not going to fit like a glove every time, but it has a lot of good insights.

Hard to say. I want to say the starsenses meta should apply until it breaks. Grush knows the stakes for lying about it, as its largely the only thing that keeps him from being a frequent policy lynch.

That said, he has been nearly invisible after being forced to say it. That is significant. I've been following Carnival loosely as well, and he is posting a lot more over there.

I really don't know. Usually when I play with him, the only way I can feel good about his alignment is when we are voting the same guy. We were both on GK earlier, so I felt ok about him, but now with his absence I'm at something of a loss.

Marv supposedly has never mislynched him, so maybe he can provide some insight.

Marv you know Dandel better than I do. I'm not certain he can be trusted to do the optimal thing an SK would do in any given situation. I mean if he goes full on troll...it may be better to remove him from the game ASAP.
