Can I request a secondary gun, a gun so tiny it doesn't actually deal fatal KP but can be used to shoot people in the balls for massive amounts of pain if they're being dicks? I'm only talking about some kind of shaming-advice that would result in a host or co-host message in the thread and not something that actually does something. I'd be willing to give up something for that. Like give me a longer reload time or a finite amount of bullets to make up for the 2nd gun.

I'm not your mom, if you don't want to give me that information you don't have to answer. I'm just a butler and considering my own answer I'd have to say I served in 10+ games so far. I'll treat anyone who hasn't answered this question as someone who knows how to play. I guess I should have made the threshold 5 games and not 10.

example: pokemon mafia where I claimed to be a medic early on, being medic and bulletproof as scum, but the claim was more for attracting shots rather than repelling them.
My suggestion: watch Cheesecake carefully and be ready to stack shots on him if we deem necessary.

Well I don't think he's actually confirmed, might have been just a coincidence but he's looking good for now. I might be looking good because I pointed it out (that's up to you to decide) and because I was the first one to figure it out. Everyone after my explanation just doesn't matter because people might just be talking bullshit now that it's in the open anyways, no need to have actual information.

There probably are people who can shoot anonymously. Those people are more likely to be mafia imo. People have to spend one phase to reload before they can shoot again. Claining you have vests makes you not get shot by mafia in case you are town. If you have vests you WANT to get shot by mafia (if you have two, this is even more important) so that they waste shots and noone dies.
So no, there is no townie motivation to claim you have BP vests. If you however are mafia you want to avoid getting shot. If people buy your claim (whether or not it's true) you won't probably get shot.

So while we already know he's most likely stupid we don't know what he's trying to do. Some input on his character would be nice. If he's the kind of grush-like player who's all like "lol dudes I be protecting you because I am a medic" and next day shows up with an "lolz was totally a fake" it's a null. If he's someone who's usually more cautious it's probably a slight mafia tell because townies (should) have a concience that naturally tells you to pick the option that does not include claiming if you have the two options: 1) say X and claim 2) say X without claiming. That's more of a statistical point than anything else though.

In a game with this many bullets it's inconvenient that not everybody is on at the same time. I considered shooting a lurker but I figured there was a higher chance of artanis flipping red than a lurker.

I don't think the game is gonna end on day 1 unless we get quite lucky, there are probably more than 1 scum left (like, 5/15 flips so far have been scum, based on the theory that on average we're shooting randomly, that would mean there are 26/3 = 9 scum - this is a worst-case scenario probably but we should act as if there's a lot of scum left)

I'm thinking 3rd party. Definitely not town on how he used his role - there was a chance he was compulsive, but it is clear that he isn't. A town would think very carefully before shooting a janitor bullet, and it is clear that his reasons for shooting Vivax were crap (off a joke post from Artanis).
I have a feeling he is 3rd party, based upon some things.
First, balance wise a bulletproof janitor bullet scum doesn't make too much sense. If I was that role, I'd just shoot one of the scum shooters and draw bullets without fear.
He said a phrase "I want to kill mafia just as much as you do", which felt very 3rd party. (That's a "feel" read so put as much / little stock in that as you want.)
Stronger is his general apathetic attitude to town goals. He acts like he is open to co-operating but at the same time his attitude screams that will break the agreement whenever he feels like it, which is very much how many 3rd parties act.
In any case I support using the anti-tank missile against the anti-town player who has bullets <ping>ing off him.

I doubt mafia shot one of their own who still had a bullet and Sebben's shot on DI is the only shot where mafia bullet "was not wasted" and it happened in like 10 minutes into D1, i doubt that was a buss.
It's hard to gauge it properly given that we have only had alignment flips, but there is a possibility that there are 0 mafia remaining. I think Dieno is 3rd party and we should take him out; if the game keeps going, then we find more baddies. But for now, I don't think it's good strategy to try to find mafia that may not even exist until we take down the anti-town element that we know does exist.

And if it does work, you are wasting your bullet by personally shooting me. The "I shot scum" club should keep their bullets while everyone else shoots into each other (while still using logic and whatnot for those who can still think with their minds instead with their guns).

Out of people who shot town - snb shot drazerk (don't care), sno shot artanis and is dead, adam shot snow, vivax show prom and is dead, sloosh shot sinani. If I want to shoot someone who shot town, it's either adam or slOosh. Rather shoot adam. sn0's shot was ass, but adam did nothing before shooting sn0 at a time that thread sentiment was against sn0. Easy shot to make as either alignment, but easy shot on townie means I'd rather shoot him than the other options.

I think you and Dieno are targets that we deal with when there are no "non confirmed people" left, by shooting them with every bullet available. Everyone did shoot on D1, so we know everyone has a public shot. If someone dies anonymously, we make everyone shoot Dieno, and the one whose bullet does not hit is mafia.
Now it's a good time to get into the "confirmed" club by shooting mafia.
Because tbh i think Dieno is not mafia but a 3p. That role is pretty OP if he's scum, given that if you are town he somehow dodged your shot. He probably has some weird win con, because if he is mafia and you died on D1, town would have no chance of winning if he really can't die. There probably is at least 1 mafia left who is not Dieno.

So, we've killed at least 7 mafia, which seems like a good number from them, and at least last night, they didn't have a KP.
Out of the people alive, sylencia, Phil, and Oatmaster all killed scum, so they likely aren't mafia and can live for now.
Adam's taken a shot and is claiming some other role. Dienosore is third party. Strongandbig shot Drazerk, who flipped town.
Out of those three, I'd say if there's mafia left, it's probably strongandbig, but I don't think I'd want to shoot him right now. If he's mafia, it's in his interest to help get rid of Dienosore, and if his bullet doesn't go there, he doesn't really have anyone he can shoot without getting shot in the face in retaliation. He's also still holding onto his shot.
Also, dienosore can obviously take damage, so he probably just has some silly amount of lives, but it definitely seems like he's taking a lot of damage now, implying that he's starting to run out.
I think I'm going to hold my shot until Strongandbig shoots. I can wait until night if I have to.
Because, right now, I can either shoot s&b, or shoot dienosore, but I'd die shooting either of them right now.
So, let's say that S&B is mafia saving his shot, and I shoot dienosore, and dienosore doesn't die right now.
Then S&B can shoot someone right after I shoot and die, so we'd have 3 town, 1 mafia, and 1 3p left. Then, as soon as day starts, S&B and Dienosore both shoot town, and we have 1 town with a bullet against 1 mafia and 1 3p, so either mafia or 3p wins in this situation.
Now, I can also just shoot S&B and kill myself at the same time, which would bring us to 4 town, 1 3p. This seems good, but if Adam isn't town, or I'm wrong about who mafia are, we're really in a 3 town, 1 mafia, 1 3p situation, in which mafia or 3p wins.
So, I think the thing to do right now, is wait for S&B to shoot dienosore, since it's in our interest to kill him. If S&B shoots someone else, or refuses to shoot Dienosore, then I can suicide and kill him. Dienosore has shown that he's not town by this point, and the flavour implies he takes damage from shots, so he'll eventually die if we fill him with enough lead. So, there's not really a reason to shoot someone else until we can get rid of the obvious anti-town element.

we've shot him like six times now. it is much more probable that he is bulletproof or has some kind of odd death condition than that he has some finite number of extra lives. it's just wasting town's kp at this point.

but it seems really unlikely that just shooting him more will kill him, we should be more creative - the two most reasonable options i can think of so far are either that he can only die at night or that he dies if no one shoots him. maybe he's a compulsive vigilante who can only shoot people who shoot him first, so if no one shoots him he dies.
Dying is dying, so why is it so much more terrifying to get crushed under the belts of a tank than shot by it's guns? Adam4167 had no time for thoughts like that as the tank rolled towards him. Heavily damaged from multiple hits, the tank's weapon systems had finally given out, but Adam himself was hurt, he was not going to be able to get out of the way in time.
So that was it, Death or Glory, he'd only get this one shot to end the rampage, to destroy the tank, or die there and then.
Adam took the shot, and turned immediately away, watching the shot would do no good, and it's more badass to walk away from an explosion.
Adam didn't fire his anti-tank gun when he claimed he did... and saved it for the last night? Or how was the whole Dieno thing resolved? If he did that, then that's a pretty awesome move.

I knew I shoulda offed you as soon as you said something about a bomb, but I was never really afraid of a bomb because that would have been way too important of info to just throw out there. The problem was you blended in too much as town. If I shot you out of turn, it would have gone against my retaliation only ploy and I probably would have drawn like 8+ hits from everyone else.
