1. Marv is calling to be a lynch option over others and telling town to not consider anything besides him and Foolish.

So basically, Foolish is asking for a crossfire lynch. And marv, instead of agreeing with Foolish on lynching their common scumread Crossfire (given that - If crossfire flips scum then marv shouldn't doubt Foolish anymore, which is the wisest choice), says we should only consider marv and Foolish for lynch.
