I am aware, gentleman Keirathi, that this is not aimed at me. Hassybaby usually has enthusiasm for themed games at least when he has good intentions. I remember a previous establishment (Mad Men) where I confidently declared him of evil intentions, for the reason that he never showed any interest in his fellow gentlemen. Count Cheesecake, to my horror, is performing a similar feat to his shenanigans in the watering hole named 'LVIII', therefore I am not confident that he may have evil intentions; Stut-utt-utters has come across as amiable to discourse of late. The man known as Sylencia I also believe may well have evil intentions. He continuously makes little chitter-chatter with other gentlemen, but only ever about his own person, and never unprompted. This is why looking at such gentlemen is not merely "policy".

the issue here iamperfection is that many players in this game have found legit cases to make. I don't think the case on hassybaby is a legit meta case (like say my case on oats) because you're not addressing his mindset of his pattern of play as scum. you're just saying "look, he's posting less, he must be scum" and this is not a legitimate way to play. This is a policy lynch in a room filled with scummy players. We should be hunting scum, not policy lynching. Your refusal to actually read my case only further reinforces my suspicions that you are working against the town

BH. I didn't go back and read all his past games, I clicked the stuff you pulled out, and yes, a plot of his attitudes in those town games is inconsistent with the plot of his attitudes in his scum games.

This is just a funky post. He's responding to Keirathi, who's been poking at him, but hasn't outright called Oats scum. This post, to me, is devoid of scummy intention. He's trying to get this point across, he's trying to draw conclusions or get other people to draw conclusions from his actions, but not in a way that's like...doing much. I'm having a hard time coming up with why scumOats responds here in this way. It doesn't muddy the waters about whether you (BH) are town/scum, it doesn't try to make himself look townie, it doesn't really respond to keirathi's posts specifically, it feels like something that he just posted off the cuff and this was his thought process at the moment.

All his nonsense with me. He kept derailing thread about whether I had a town read on him and DI, assuming I did, questioning me. Yes, it clogged up thread. Yes, it didn't go anywhere useful. But he wasn't creating a big ol' stink and dragging the whole THREAD into it, he was mostly pestering ME. He may have posted a bunch and not pushed things forward at that point, created clutter, but the fact that a lot of it was him chatting with me keeps me from attributing a scummy mindset/purpose to those posts.

I have quite clearly pointed out, my esteemed sir, that the little contribution that Hassybaby did make looks like a sham, a farce, a pretence. His apparent enquiry into Mr D Ion's alignment was empty and not followed through. As I have indeed mentioned before, it is the appearance of caring but in a manner that does not demonstrate as such.

I will admit that Oats isn't PERFECTLY playing to his scum meta. there have been inklings of prods and responses to prods that weren't as present in his scum game. The fact that he's so divergent from his town play in the direction of his scum play (plus his scummy entrance into the game) to me still indicate he is in fact scummy. I'll also allow for the fact that his scum play may have improved by a small amount since he last played scum. That being said I think currently iamp should be our priority target. I'm willing to lynch oats if we can't get a majority on iamp, though.

I don't really want to lynch iamp, not today at least. I mean I could consolidate on him, looks like half the game is afk after all, but it wouldn't make me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
I would be generally fine with lynching Hassy, he been lurking, and the rare times he did not he posted the most useless and meaningless stuff imaginable.
I would prefer a gonzaw lynch, but if I read correctly, nobody but Keir is willing to do that? For shame.
I would prefer an Oats lynch slightly over hassy, but not by much.
