As a pregame note, I'm going to make an effort to be less abrasive and confrontational this game.
I'm on a more even keel at the moment than I have been lately.
Yamato obviously afraid to roll scum again

Sorry :c
I suppose it is kind of silly to do so.

Well it's 9-4.
Say I'm town, I'm basically presume I'm not going to be mislynched (although in my recent games this seems less certain, but whatever). Anyway say we mislynch cycle 1, and cycle 2 by default (although we get information)
Then 7-4. Should be able to catch mafia, 7-3, then 6-3 (again with extra information)
I'm gonna guess I'll lynch mafia again, and then the game is looking pretty good. Even if I don't lynch mafia, it's not lylo, it becomes 4-3 (with added information). Then again if mafia is lynched cycle 7 (this would only mean 2 mafia lynches out of the first 4 town-decided cycles) it's 4-2, and it doesn't matter if town is again lynched in the mafia cycle (again with information).
Basically it comes down to the fact that the really strong townies are unlikely to be mislynched, and so they'll be around the entire game to figure the game out. This is why it favours town imo, just a couple, or even 1, strong town players are all that's needed to win the game for town

No, I was just teasing you. I think being less confrontational is good, but you sometimes feel the need to commit to a stupid attack/argument. And I can understand that.

Im pretty excited for the even day dynamics.
The risk/reward of putting 3 town for nomination, reminds me of the whole bodyguard speculation.
It can even go as wild as putting in 3 scum; to bus one and clear the other 2.
Either way, wont talk about this anymore till game starts.

as an ebwop, it's the kinda thing that happened in LIX, when you got strong players who were unkillable for many cycles. normally mafia can take these guys out, but when they can't, they just wreck mafia teams when they're allowed to live to day 3, day 4.

Just realizing that we cannot lynch marv with some easy "lynch marv in LYLO always" rule this time. Marv is also preparing to roll scum this game. I saw what you did here

If I've been the main part in a townie lynch cycles 1,3... then look at me very hard. Doesn't have to mean I'm mafia, because I get things wrong all the time, but look at the possibility hard :d

Now you realize that suddenly the onus is on scum to push lynches on strong, dangerous townies!
This is what makes this setup fun. No lurking to victory. Still save the setup discussion please ^_^
