However in reality, I have some meta experience with Mocsta as I have watched some of his games quite closely. (sometimes as Ghost once(in obs) Unfortunately the time he was scum I got completely done by him. So on him I have form in being wrong :( but maybe I learned ;) from that. TL;DR; Why at this time it is not my intention to give read on Moctsa. He may or may not be scummier than the others... The problem is it is going to be so hard for me to work it out I should not consider him first. That is despite the fact that I read one post of his that to me said WTF was that.... i made my move not for midgame power but for endgame domination. if it gets to endgame, having someone mafia CANNOT kill at night is a fucking huge advantage. but for this to be true, my bomb needs to remain active. | ||

(Sorry for the rant below, but this is kind of an issue that has been ongoing outside of this game) Look, the post I issued to Oats said it all. (that you pasted above) I wanted to change my meta after all the flaming I was getting. Last game I rolled scum, so stuck with my old meta (lots of text walls, and low contribution) This game, being town, I have been able to try something different. Maybe that is why you feel the language is different. Either way, you are welcome to make meta judgements on me.. but, please keep in my what I have tried to drive and achieve this game.. If you think that is town related, think of me as town... if you think I have tried to drive issues that benefit scum, than think of me as scum. Maybe not *Everything* I have done this game has been useful, but I would like to think I have a better post/content ratio than before. Lastly, i dont think newbie meta should be held accountable for ppl outside newbie games.. those 3 games are a chance for people to experiment with what works, and what doesnt. my newbie game style didnt work, so now im trying something different. [Yes I realise this is ironic to say considering I used meta against Oats.However, his character/style seems deeply entrenched already, still in hindsight I should have avoided taking that perspective and focus on the game at hand] | ||

Scum Rating based on Chezinus In threads posts I have never played with him, I think I have read parts of or all of some, and somehow reading game while he to some people makes no sense at all, frequently I glean meaning from his posts hence i find him more fun to read than some. trying to get a scum/Town read however is AFAIK notoriously difficulty when plays as he normally does. This pregame post http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewpost.php?post_id=17558073 dangled a carrot... and as mentioned earlier I would like to see it once. He said, “However, I believe this would change if he were mayor. The selfish motives that hinders this player will no longer be in his way if he were mayor.” While he did indeed for the first day play less Chezinu than normal, it was not enough to attract the votes and after that he changed back to his more normal style. There have been list and cryptic stuff, and the ... His Mayoral plan did not go that well. Both Town and Scum player might well be disappointed. On reading his filter I don't really get a town or a scum vibe... maybe after a number of games or maybe not. Mad hatters are worth more to town than VT, lynching Chez downgrades a Hatter to VT. Lynching the Most likely scum is worth more than Lynching the next most likely. They have to be compared in order to decide who to Lynch today. The valuing of an exposed MH vs VT in this game scenario is not yet something I have done. As it involve speculating about how scum can best play, when I do I probably wont explain any part of my reasoning at all. However to make the comparison we must have second candidate, because if we had two equally good Lynches then saving the bomb is the obvious choice? I just did a filter search on you since Day 3 started (i.e. pgs 15-19) (ctrl+f: red) There is no mention you got a red check, so stop bullshitting like you told us what your check is. Second of all, all you have done is ask EVERYONE what they think of yamato77. Dont try and bullshit your way out of this one, the filter doesn't lie. | ||
