Regarding the case on Shady, I think it's Bad Town rather than Bad Mafia (apologies to the colorblind). Shady's posts read as a stream of consciousness to me, and not necessarily scummy behavior. Also, part of your case mentions guilt-by-association between BlackMamba24 and Shady... so why not vote BM24? | ||

To answer HiroPro. I occasionally say aggressive statements like this for people I'm null for to get some sort of reaction out of them and can make another opinion on them based on how they react. Sometimes it's been the case that people on the same scum team avoid communication in the thread or joke around with each other in the thread to lessen the distance between them. "Then... you vote Mr.Zentor for lurking? What?" This is what I considered to be a soft defense, trying to take the heat off him from that moment. "What does voting MrZentor even do, when you find other people suspicious?" Then implying that I am voting him for no reason and downplaying it, is what I considered a harder defense. As obviously I had a reason for doing it, and explaining it basically takes away all effectiveness of the action. I hope that clears it up to you hiro. | ||

The problem I have is that he ignored the brunt of the case (which is how he says he's unclear about Zentor but then later in the same post says that Hapa is soft-defending Zentor and they're scum buddies together) and focused on small things to reply to instead. | ||

Imagine if you had a town that actually just lynched the person with the least posts every day. Mafia would auto-win. It's stupid. This charge against me is bald-faced OMGUS. Of course it's not a rock solid case. It's Day 1. I wouldn't even bet 10 bucks on it. | ||

Also, the miller claim. It basically protects scum from the DT. If you get DT checked you'd return scum in stead of self-aware miller so nobody can confirm it until you're dead and it gives you a point of argument if you do get DT checked. I need to go over his first post a bit closer but By the way can we please not lynch or FoS people for being absent from the thread until certain times?
