Lets put it this way: if Carolus is town, I think it highly unlikely bluelightz is scum (or he will out himself spectacularly sometime soon when he can no longer just sheep Carolus). Currently I think Carolus has a good chance of being town.

In Death Factory Mafia 2 you at least had the idea that you could exonerate two townies (one of them turned out to be a mason who never needed you to clear him and the other was VisceraEyes who was killed by mafia day1, yes actually during day1 they didn't even way until night1 with him). Why are you claiming cop in this game or do you just think it worked out well last game?
