I think it's pretty clear I panicked at the last second. I considered layabout's point that ottox was contributing to the thread more than zeph was and then my mind said well BM is voting ottox I should get off this guy. Then when I swapped I realized how stupid I was being and so I swapped back and wasn't even thinking about the fact that a tie would now lynch zephir.

I'm really sorry guys. This seems to happen to me in every game I'm in and I always end up screwing the thread up. I think I'm taking a break from mafia after this game.

paqman what are you talking about? he's correct in his assertion that he's highly suspected by everyone, as he should be. he isn't acting like he wants people to lynch him, he's telling the truth. there's a difference.

a vig would shoot you because in the morning that information will give us information to lynch the rest of the scum. interestingly you said you'd be lynched tomorrow but you don't think you'll be shot, gf mb?

that being said zeph had a town read on risen so maybe he isn't the best lynch tomorrow..though we never got his thoughts on his voteswitch

and dont worry about it risen, you don't need to take a break. you just live and learn yeah?

So why did you switch your vote so much(on day 1)? I am trying to figure out if this was a heat of the moment thing or a scum slip. I think you changed it 3 times and even said that you were fine changing to about 3 other people.

In the heat of the moment everything seems scummy. my "he knew the rules and 'abused them' to get zeph lynched" argument is probably not true. Honestly I think it's a townie mistake actually. Something I would do a few games ago. that does NOT clear his name however. I don't think we should dwell too much about the vote switching though. look for other things to incriminate him, the voteswitch thing is unfortunate but it could happen to anyone

Wow, Risen. That was pretty bad. I can't think of a single town reason to do what you just did. However. Assuming he makes good on his promise to post reads, everyone should try to take a step back and read them objectively if possible. I'm not saying he didn't just put himself at the forefront of my scum list, but it's still a possibility that he just made a really, really stupid decision as town.

I think it's more likely its a stupid town decision actually. scum wouldn't expose themselves like that even if it meant killing one of their own, I think. I haven't been mafia before so I wouldn't know actually.

Also this made me completely question my own reads. I was so sure he was going to flip scum. This is the first game I've been super active with pushing reads and not sheeping as much. I created the case and I feel like I take responsibility for having a townie dead. It's unacceptable by me. Sorry.

That was, really, awkward. I was thinking of changing my vote to Zeph because of how I felt he was posting in the thread and how ottoxol was acting, but then I realized it was a heat in the thread thought. Damn guys. I donèt know what to think about Risen right now though. That being said still, if we have a vig shoot into this:

Holyshit that was the closest lynch I have ever seen.

We got two blues left. I'm thinking Otto and BM, visit/shoot/jail them both, come up with some sort of contingency so blues can do their work without revealing who they are.

First off, no. One blue does his action on Otto and the other blue does his action on BM. And I'm wondering about the JK role actually, whether we can gamble and roleblock one of the two goons or having to shoot a green. Optimally we could have tracker and JK, tracker reveals himself and JK protects him from the shadows until we find scums.
