Here is the list of countries that have not lost any provinces that are outside SIFZ

19 Nation in Dispair - Privatly claimed
10 New Aiur- Claimed by Pandain
13- Kingdom of Whoring- ???
21- Shark Park- Claimed by Loanshark.

From process of elimination, we can see that Ace is country 13.
Ace, would you like to deny this claim? If you do, what country are you?

Remember. Ace cannot be an elite solider as we already know his role. Unlynchable.
Therefore Ace must have received some kind of protection from a scumbuddy.

There are 5 countries that could have given protection to Ace

Countries 17, 16, 15, 12, 11. Ace eventually took over countries 17, 11, so they probably aren't mafia.

In addition, the original country 15 and country 16 have both died. I believe these two countries are drag_ and Kenpachi.

This leaves one country. NoLanPlan. I have narrowed down the suspects of NoLanPlan to CubEdIn and Veldril. CubEdIn and Veldril are either NoLanPlan or Hojo House.

What we have to do

Take out Ace- People should be attacking Ace.
Take out NoLanPlan.

PS. The only reason I was being so aggressive was that I believed I could not be killed by a Mafia KP. As long as the mafia did not find out where I was, I would be safe to oppose the Reds.
