Well somewhat. The mafia are usually the ones making the night kills, so it means the hatters are putting bombs on blues or strong innocents. However, I also prefer refunds for night kills. The hatter should be held accountable for bombs on lynch subjects though. They need to see the lynch targets coming. | ||

Hatters should be trying to get NKd during n2 and onwards anyways, so the lynch target is irrelevant. | ||
