 QatolAs of right now, GMarshal, Incognito, flamewheel, and myself are discussing what to do in order to keep the forum running smoothly. If anyone has any suggestions on how the banlist (or any other aspect of this forum) can be improved please post in this thread or PM me. This is obviously a good time to implement a few changes, whether they are small tweaks or a total revamp. As flamewheel was the official assistant to Qatol, he is now the temporary Qatol replacement. Should he want to permanently take it over he can post in here saying so, and as long as there are no objections he will be the new ban list moderator. Furthermore, we will need a new ban list assistant. If anyone is interested in the position please post saying so. | ||

I liked the main moderator committee idea posted by redff seemed cool. Every 6 months of reelection seems like a bit of overkill and its insulting to any player who put in 6 months of work just so we can have some petty squabble to replace them later, not to mention how hard that insults their work. In any case, I believe we need the banlist thread to be remade, I actually brought this up a few months ago when Qatol was considering leaving and I think it is a pressing issue that all this is maintained by one account. We should have a generic TL Mafia moderator account who runs threads like this, so that it can be passed from different groups of moderators throughout the years. We were fortunate Qatol didn't have real life issues for such a long period of time, but this can obviously happen again and we should take precautions for the future. | ||

Jokes aside, it would be good to have some new blood as a part of the administration, rather than having the same people time and time again deal with forum matters. If you are interested, please post or PM me within the next 2 days from time of writing. | ||

As another note, the alternate is responsible incase the primary is playing in a game and there's an issue. So if flamewheel is playing in a mafia game then the alternate should be the one to distribute the bans accordingly, as flamewheel is likely to have a biased opinion. | ||
