Above all, why elise. whyyyyyy. What does/did Elise provide??? ?_? It simply is the 3rd champion he can play, after those 2 that were banned. She didnt fit the team comp at all. ....eh. are you serious D: (I don't watch EU) what is it with junglers and their (lack of) champion pools. Poor Froggen. You tried. You really did. To be fair, the pool of strong jungles is pretty small atm. Lee, Elise, Rengar, and Khazix is pretty much what they have to choose from right now, and western jungles don't really play Rengar well i disagree, there are plenty of viable junglers who would have worked in this game but shook cant play anything besides the fotm 3

It couldn't be any more unimpactful than Shook's Elise, anyways. His most expensive item was his enchanted boots. DEM COMPONENTS.

J4 seems like an easier/better version of Elise nowadays

J4 and Nunu are pretty legit, imo.
The latter wouldn't have worked for ALL, but J4 has more engage than Elise, which Alliance's comp lacked so so very much. Synergies pretty well with Xerath & Kog too, regardless of how he does otherwise in-game J4's ult can at least keep C9 away from the carries, buy time for the long-range DPS of Alliance's comp etc. whereas Elise... Elise... She pretty much lives and dies by her one skillshot and that's it. And Shook's skillshots... *facepalm*

Poor Froggen, though. Forever 1v9. Froggen did his part with the Zuna impersonation. he had vision on baron and flash up, shook was in base not sure if it's a mistake to go for the 2 spell stealcombo there they were already 3.5k behind not sure if they can come back from a free baron there Xerath has enough range to WQ from outside the pit if that's the thing. Instead, he was right up to C9.

COME ON APPLE PIE. LET'S COMPLETE THE EU SWEEP TODAY!
Interested to see LMQ in this game. OMG seems badly overrated, so hard to take too much from LMQ. This one might be the true bellwether.

Or if Alliance wanted PVE all game long Nasus isn't bad too. Literally nobody has played Nocturne or Eve at worlds so far. Aside from DP playing Pantheon and Vi randomly, the four jungles I mentioned were played in all but 3 games in groups A and B. Jarvan was only played 3 games, despite never being banned, and twice it was by Dandy. pretty much every junglier here plays Lee Sin and Khazix, the western jungles default to Elise if they can't get either of the first two. The Asian jungles go for Rengar.

If Vasili's horrific early game doesn't make it insurmountable to comeback, LMQ could beat Fnatic. Ackerman vs Soaz is easy. NoName is better than Cyanide. Peke and XWX is a wash. But Rekkles Yellowstar are so fucking strong and safe.

That might be correct, but if there's a team comp that can stall that out it's Xerath/Kog. Not having Xerath there after baron meant All had their base cracked immediately.
