Which would be sort of fine if he could reliably get ahead, but it just doesn't happen. He rarely comes out of lane anything much better than even and doesn't do very much in the midgame. The only reason I see for playing Lucian at this point is that he has good mobility and is very safe. It seems people would rather have half a player that is very safe than an actual carry that can be shut down if he fucks up. Which I find kind of sad. | ||
