EU LCS is rapidly showing as two separate tournaments, gambit/fnatic/roccat fighting for the top with the other 5 slapfighting to avoid relegation.

Last split will have been much closer than this one. There's a pretty clearly line between the top 3 and the others
Where did Team Rocket even come from. They're really good and I don't recall hearing about them in the challenger scene

It's just 3 weeks, though. I definitely can see Roccat falling down and Millenium and Alliance stepping up. And SHC is still safe pick to relegations probably even though they have more wins than [A] and {M}.

H2k squad. KMT later. Dreamhack winners and other stuff.

After last season though I'm wary of teams that have a fast start. MyM and Atn demonstrated that things can turn around pretty quickly.

They're basically a Polish non-MYM all star team I think. They exist in this or a similar formation for quite some time already though.

They're really good and I don't recall hearing about them in the challenger scene The core of roccat (celevar/overpow/xaxus) was for a long time anexis, the perrenial bridesmaid at MYM's Polish wedding and considered to be one of the most promising challenger teams showing flashes of brilliance at IEMs in particular Sao Paulo where they finished second and world championship where they made the playoffs. Unfortunately they ran into samurai in jeans at Summer promos (The winner of the "best team to not make it to LCS" award for the Summer split) and got stomped out. Then anexis dropped them and they became KMT. They dropped leofromkorea and ran around like headless chickens with niq760 in jungle and superaze as support. With those two they sat around third best challenger team behind jwaow + 4 and copenhagen pups. It wasn't until they dropped niq and superaze for jankos and vander did they really start to come up. In particular they took out the shook/rekkles powered wolves at dreamhack bucharest and the rest is history. They also win the award for most sponsor changes, in the period until now they went to anexis > KMT > team infused > GF gaming > H2K > KMT again > supposedly astana dragons but didn't happen and now roccat.

I just don't see reasons to predict shit already. Especially in split with nothing for being top team, middle of the pack or almost relegated team.

Well that was comprehensive and informative for a LR reply lol. Interesting stuff though

Finally, Caitlyn is banned. Let's watch, does Celaver have anything behind Cait and Lucian if CP takes it. Nevermind, banned.

What did Roccat lose a ban for?
|
I want to see teams with bad blood like CLG and TSM, where one team just maximum disrespects the other, refuses to ban anything, and just wins anyways.

An unauthorized pause during the Fanatic game yesterday. Fanatic lost two bans for similar reasons in the same game.

Vayne is actually decent against Jinx in a 2v2 lane

I just want to Roccat actually stomp a team and roll them up to the nexus turrets relentlessly before I buy into them. Their style is so incredibly non-meta that I can't believe it yet.

Do these guys not go in a custom game before the game starts or something?WHY IS THERE A PAUSE EVERY SINGLE DAMN GAME?!?!?!

MYM and Roccat squads were pretty much the two big teams of Polish scene. While MYM always had a stable roster, the players from Roccat were in a lot of different teams over last two years. Overpow, Celevar and Xasus know each other pretty well while Jankos and Vander are considered the final additions to the squad.
