It is a farm lane and caitlyn can win if outplays draven but with those 2 supports it is just a farm lane.Cop/zekent just lost wave control early and he missed cs under tower and later got zoned from some and didn't cs correctly others.
The only time caitlyn can win vs draven is before the vamp buy after you can almost tank every peacemaker and auto and straight up outsustain it.

In this particular lane I feel like
Thresh Hook > Draven followup = force at least a flash and a recall
Annie stuns > Thresh shields with a lantern they try to turn it around with a hook and win the trade anyway.
Cop Zekent probably playing overly safe though and I always felt like Draven has an easier time winning this matchup than Caitlin because she has to always stay at the edge of her range advantage of Draven dumpsters her. Her autoattacks don't actually hurt early unless you get 3-4 free of them and good players will never take a straight up piltover peacemaker before dmg reduction through minion.
