I've asked again and it's looking less likely to happen, sorry for getting everyone's hopes up about this. Basically ESL & NGTV agreed on it weeks ago but they're stuck without Riot's assistance for the time being.

for today's matches Syndra and Olaf are also disabled. There was a Syndra bug showcased in a NACL match but not sure why Olaf is disabled they didn't specifically say, they just say they're dsiabled
