Two things as public notice: 1. + Show Spoiler [Quarterfinals 1 spoiler] +Congrats to Fnatic, they played superbly and glgl to them in the Semis! No one is saying that Fnatic only won because of the level 1 in Game 3. Please keep the nationalistic statements out of our subforum. 2. Riot's Worlds format is atrocious. Let's not beat a dead horse here. I will certainly be talking to Riot's eSports dept about it in the near future. I simply ask everyone to be civil. Humble in victory, graceful in defeat. Enjoy the games~ -Neo, Sept 23rd, 3:20 PM PDT, page 120 |

So glad I took Fnatic boys, though it'd have been better if I had taken Hai instead of Meteos on my anti team. Puszu getting points and Hai feeding, good game for me xD

Riot HQ breaking out the secret weapon for NA, going to interview the manager.

Chinese caster opinion: After the first dragon and gaining a small lead, meteos didn't invade fanatic jungle. GG

Oh shit they having Fnatic's manager in an interview! Will the manager interview curse from NA LCS apply? USA USA USA!

Are you kidding? I've seen so many posts that basically said "Fnatic sucks and doesn't deserve to advance because they lost to Vulcun" (as if C9 hasn't lost to vulcun before). Even after winning the next 7 games in a row, people were still underestimating them based on that one game. To be fair, losing to Vulcan should be grounds for relegation by itself.

The loss against Vulcun was due to a very shitty early game.
What teams didn't lose to Vulcun in the early game? Actually a very interesting thing to note.

Gragas vs Kassadin is a ballsy (hue) pick in the first place, I'm thinking Hai got a little cocky picking Gragas into Kass.

Mh still have to wonder if Cloud 9's style of copying Koreans turned them into a "one trick chameleon" :I

Who would count out Fnatic? WHY would you even take that type of post seriously? Now, if you didn't take these posts seriously, why would you bring them up as if everyone was discounting fnatic?

Pretty much every team in na lcs and fnatic(and gambit honestly lol) should be relegated :D

Yeah, except Peke can play Ahri, Zed, Ori.
What should have happened is C9 first two picks should have been Zyra/Elise. Zyra is too important and a core part of C9's disengage/zoning/CC. Giving Shen to Soaz isn't as bad as letting Fnatic take Zyra. Balls could play Zac or Renek.
Zyra/Ashe/Gragas/Elise/Zac vs Sona/Corki/Kass/J4/(Shen or Liss). Zyra is so strong against aggressive/dive comps which Fnatic are likely to run.

Haha, yellowstar gets his own cam for game reactions.

i never understand why teams will group up as 5 for a top or bottom t1 turret. it leaves the middle of the map completely exposed for the other team to just steamroll through. that's the point where c9 lost the game, hopefully they dont make a bad decision like that in their other games.
