Two things as public notice: 1. + Show Spoiler [Quarterfinals 1 spoiler] +Congrats to Fnatic, they played superbly and glgl to them in the Semis! No one is saying that Fnatic only won because of the level 1 in Game 3. Please keep the nationalistic statements out of our subforum. 2. Riot's Worlds format is atrocious. Let's not beat a dead horse here. I will certainly be talking to Riot's eSports dept about it in the near future. I simply ask everyone to be civil. Humble in victory, graceful in defeat. Enjoy the games~ -Neo, Sept 23rd, 3:20 PM PDT, page 120 |

I see this thread is already heading towards a train wreck, but I guess that's to be expected. I don't know why people get so upset over things like whether or not TSM losing was legitimate or not, it's not like it matters one bit

Fans are passionate about their team. Who woulda thunk it?

If there weren't any trashtalking, it wouldn't be eSports.
Also, EU blows as a region. All a bunch of trash teams.

I think Fnatic might throw, so that Gambit will be more pumped up, cuz they'll be Europe's last hope. Just wait and see, this time I'm sure!

to each it's own, TSM trying to troll and then getting slapped down by an amateur team is just to amusing.

For today, I really enjoy being in an outsider position without specifically rooting for any team, just laying back watching the hype and trash talk unfold more and more as the game gets closer.

Time to see if C9 can live up to the hype. I get a feeling Fnatic will crush but it'd make me happy knowing my region might suck but at least our #1 can beat someone else's #1.

Please, don't mention TSM in the thread about the world's best teams. What's next, Kiwikid? The TSM-circus is over, and the real show is about to begin.
That being said, I hope they won't stall it for too long with sketches, where C9 speaks about how they respect Fanatic, and vice versa.

i've watched rocky enough times to know that C9 is supposed to win this game

I don't see why more people can't just be a fan of good play without having to bitch about everything, but I do agree that there's something compelling about reading all the smack from people. I have no preference for a winner, I just want to see the best League games possible

"They're a really good team, we shouldn't underestimate them but we have prepared hard and will win this" If I had a shot for every time I heard something like this during the pre match vids I'd need my stomach pumped
