Maybe its something about Twitch Cop did the same thing earlier where he just stopped farming at 200 CS and stalled completely. | ||

It's a question of abilities and waveclear. You're basically fighting your own team for cs which Twitch can't do nearly as well as others AD's. They SHOULD be allocating their farm but people like to just wave-clear. | ||
