I assume you're mean skill when you say quality. Then yes, Koreans are probably at the top of their game compared to the other regions/shards in LoL. If you mean league production, then again, yes. OGN blows even LCS out of the water. @Fionn: I think you mean "all teams could possibly win" not "could all probably win"  multiple first place inc? huehue | ||

Most definitely the best. It's like Code S or OSL. Regions are kind of like this (a little jokingly generalized) Tier 1. Korea Tier 2. China Tier 3. Everyone else | ||

As for regions, you'll most likely find that in terms of level of play. Korea> top level CN>the rest. NA is more fun to watch than OGN. OGN makes for better games and better for learning. EU is at a bad time and I don't have the dedication to follow 3 scenes of LoL. | ||
