Oops yea forgot about his Elise. Elise should be against C9 anyway in my opinion.

I know Hai plays TF but, his TF has been so-so thus far and TF was recently nerfed as well. He seems to be much more comfortable on Zed and Khazhix, both which have very obvious and counterable weaknesses. Zed sure, but I'm not sold on Rumble. Equalizer is just flat out retarded in team fights, esp in the Jungle or contesting Dragon/Baron. So he is less of a godly lane bully, oh well. He can 1v2 just fine and is resourceless in lane. So many pros still to outweigh the Harpoon and Flamespitter nerfs. If we had to pick apart C9, I'd definitely say Hai has the biggest issue when it comes to champion pool. He teeters towards AD Mids more than any other Mid Lane I know. I've seen his TF, it's ok at best. He should pick up a few more counterless AP champs. Karthus would be an obv choice. Oh, and for shits and giggles, plz pick up Wukong Mid Hai. tyvm

zz Of course, I really want him to keep growing as a player too. Add Eve asaply. Can build a beastly AoE/shield comp with Eve as core initiator.

Oh, and for shits and giggles, plz pick up Wukong Mid Hai. tyvm I am fairly sold on Rumble not being a top tier pick anymore. His ult relies on more crowd control now to deal full damage (it requires them to stand for 4 seconds in the Ult to match old damage) and his Q/E base damage and scaling were both nerfed. His level 1-3 is pretty much terrible at the moment, and last hitting with E is much more difficult. His flamespitter damage requires you to be in Danger Zone to be effective and his E was unchanged from the 25% increase, where Q was compensated with 50% increase. Do I think he is still viable? Sure, on specific AoE/Siege team comps he still may have a use. Is he anywhere near as strong as Elise/Jayce/Kennen? I do not believe he is anymore and this will be representative in how much he is picked in Korea. Some math on the nerfs (credit to Aypolo): Flame Spitter: Damage decreased to 75/135/195/255/315 (+1.0 Ability Power) from 90/160/230/300/370 (+1.35 Ability Power) Danger Zone damage bonus increased to 50% from 25% Before with overheat: 112.5/200/288/375/463 +1.69ap Now with overheat: 112.5/203/292/382/473 + 1.5ap Dangerzone bonus: 50% Before with overheat: 69/106/144/181/219 (+0.63 Ability Power) Now with overheat: 56/88/120/150/181 (+0.5 Ability Power) Overheat bonus: 25% On the note of Hai's champion pool. He does play Lux and Anivia. I do not consider either to be very strong picks at the moment unless you are extremely mechanically skilled with them.

Oooh I dunno if I'd go that far thresh is just so so good at every point in the game him and jayce are the two most obviously broken champs in the game currently imo.
