I agree. Unless Rhux was miles ahead of Elementz right away, it's not worth switching right before playoffs. Even if you think Rhux is the long term solution, bringing him in too early ruins his confidence and his team's confidence in him. If they kept Elementz for playoffs they either: A) Win. Obviously that's good and they can make an educated decision on who to move forward with. B) Lose. Obviously that's not good but if Elementz plays poorly they can bring in Rhux with confidence and bring him up to speed before the next split. By bringing in Rhux so early (and he clearly isn't, at this moment, way better than Elementz) they put themselves in no stronger a position to win the playoffs, but the potential to ruin team chemistry/confidence going forward. | ||
