After assessing all the comments from EU Day 1, we've decided to put a warning in regards to any bashing of commentators and cameraman. If you have nothing constructive to contribute, don't post. You are always welcome to mute the stream. Understand that this is just the beginning and production is a work in progress.

Also where is the studio they play at? I thought it would be played online but apparently its offline In Cologne at the ESL studios. They were selling tickes for 7 EUR I think, so if you happen to be anywhere near Cologne, you could spectate live.

SK was pushing mid inhib with baron and neither team was looking for a fight. xPeke managed to poke someone in SK (forgot who) down to about 10% with autoattacks and Fnatic engaged and got 4 kills (4 for 1?). Twitch got out alive but died trying to defend nexus. Soaz ultied on half their team, making the hard engage possible imo Then yea xPeke just did his thing, Ocelote failed because he was too underfarmed, he ends up with both summoners available, and cho and olaf completely fuck*d up the focus on xPeke, he literally didnt lose any HP to anything but the anivia ult And when you let the guy with 400 cs at full hp, you lose. tbh oce failed to disengage with wall too in that fight
Oce still had flash + ignite when he died last fight

And here I thought EG would going to just roll a newer up and coming team! This is going to be gooood. Haven't seen any of the EU teams play since the end of season 2.

Haven't seen any of the EU teams play since the end of season 2. No one quite knows what to expect from EG. They haven't been involved in any bigger tournament since IPL 5 (failed to qualify for IEM Katowice, lost to then-M5 in WB and got eliminated by fnatic in loser's)

From a mod in the Twitch chat: The next match is delayed while they work on the stream issues. There is no hard ETA

Nothing new for ex-CLG.EU

With all this delaying, I guess EG can show off how good they are at late games

I really feel like Fnatics needs a new ADC
i have a theory about this strat : xPeke told yellowstar to pick urgot and told him to " just build tanky it's ok " because he doesnt think he's gonna be on par so he'd rather a tanky Urgot and a super fed Caitlyn to carry them.
Ok I'm probably a bit harsh and this strat was probably a legit counter to something in particular, but I still think they need AT LEAST a new ADC, I'd have to re-watch Katowice, but he left me really unsatisfied at that event, and that game he achieved almost nothing, fking up on First blood and then losing the lane to twitch / nunu
/rant off
PS : I'm not saying he's so bad he deserves gold 5, just that at a pro level, he's really behind the rests of europe's big teams AD carries. ( IMHO )
