Yeah it's pretty annoying, guess they had some issues with the Youtube stream.

Recap of the TSM game was TSM made a bunch of random mistakes but hey they still outclassed Vulcan pretty hard. Worth watching just for the Rivington Turkey Gobble, but the casting was pretty bad x___x

OK, my criticism regarding production:


Rivington is just plain terrible, he didnt even bother to learn the playernames for gods sake.
Phreak is also terrible and makes stuff up way too much when he has nothing to say, but most people seem to like him, so whatever.
They are also a terrible duo because they BOTh have basically nothing useful to say most of the time and then talk themselves into a spiral of awkwardness that ends in someone gobbling like a turkey apparently.

gamesound sounded like its being rerecorded from a notebook speaker.

the camera was just autocamera with casual redirecting. Plus it was often not in sync with the commentating. Not accaptable, its really not that hard having someone direct the camera based on commentators and minimap.

And shorten the pauses between games, do you really need half an hour to plug in mouses and keyboards? We allready have seen organizers do it way faster.

Thinking about it, since all the players are there live, AND Riot appears to have bottomless pockets. Theoretically if all the systems were the same couldn't you buy 10x HDD bays(5.25''), as many hard drives as you have players, install base drivers/updates+LoL on every single one, and then have each player come in with their own gear and personalize a setup with their own mouse/keyboard/headset drivers/settings? After each set, you would shutdown->swap drive->reboot with new hard drive with all settings and shit already set up. A couple minutes to do the HD swap, and then give the players 5-10 minutes to setup/warmup and then go.

Wow, the VODs were overall bad as fk but CLG vs. GGU was horrible. Not even Uwe Boll in his most malicious editing moments could make that VOD any worse. Every minute of farming, stand off and posturing is in there and every gank and every team fight is cut out. Someone must be trolling us real hard.

3/4 for me. My TSM fanboyness had them beating CLG. Glad they beat vulcan though.

I hope TSM beats Dig today and I really hope CRS beats CLG, but not sure if they can do it.

EU timing for todays games is really terrible >< but i cant bring myself to not watch the first 2 games. This is the first time in a while we get to see how the top 4 of the US stacks against each other.

Curse > CLG - The closest match to call I can see it go either way but my inner Curse fanboy wins out.
TSM > Dig - Dig just isnt coordinated enough to beat TSM
GGU < Curse - Chance for an upset by GGU but the experience of Curse wins out
Vulcan < Dig - I dont see even Dig being able to throw this
It ignores such insignificant forces as time, entropy, and death

Wouldn't been any different, TSM never practices. Just compare their statements to the regular Korean statements after a loss. Koreans always say they will practice harder, TSM always says they will practice. All they do is selling themselves in streams. So annoying seeing them acting on their streams (compare "streamOddOne" to "I'm in state of the league OddOne so I won't say a single word because I'm afraid, and if you mention Saint's name I will quit"), crushed in tournaments, then making excuses and promises. That's why I like Curse: if they suck they just plainly and simply say they suck. They are lazy as well, but the individual members are forcing each other to practice hard because they actually care and are annoyed that they perform bad. Maybe they do it in a Cursey Shore manner, but who cares, it's still more constructive.

Fun Fact: they dropped TRM for not agreeing with the stricter practice regime. That guy could still outperform Regi any day (not that it's hard or something, just saying) on mid lane and could be much more useful. Yes, even with his AP/Hybrid Teemo (which Regi tried as well, but... oh well, of course he failed).

Me too. =( Probably won't make that mistake again. But I think there's no way Curse WON'T beat CLG. It'll be close, but CRS so gewd.

Scarra vs. Reginald is kinda turning into the battle of slumping mids, but I think it'll turn out to be a lynchpin lane to watch - if either of them shape up and give us some good play, it'll really help their team.

I'm favoring Dignitas here! Always was a Dig fanboy, though Curse has won me over with their storyline.

Not very different with the Doran's Blade start coming from Chaox. Perhaps he was expecting to 2v1, but it was really greedy with an Urgot Taric lane on the other team and no 'true' sustain on yours. You can't outsustain that with just doran blade's 5 lifeonhit.

Even as a TSM fanboy I am inclined to agree with you on almost everything you said. Although, I think their problems and laziness is not as harsh as you make it out to be - but that's probably because I am a TSM fanboy.

I found myself happy with Regi's retirement. I think all their other roles are pretty solid. Someone said it here and I have heard it before - When Regi does well, TSM does well, when Regi does poorly, TSM does poorly. It's kinda true. Rarely do they win games where Regi isn't doing well.

I really think if they got a new mid and let TheOddOne or Xspecial call the shots, they would improve a lot.
