And as much as the qualification of Copenhagen Wolves to the season 3 is great for LoL, it's just a waste because they don't have the infrastructure to concretely reap the benefits of the qualification just like smaller teams qualifying for the champion's league one year aren't profiting enormously from it despite the 40ish Millions Euros of TV rights. Similarly, Fnatic qualifying is very important, even more so than the qualification of MYM.

Should its team not qualify for the S3, the foreseen growth in traffic and marketing impact would severely restrain its possibility of expansion including for its StarCraft team which brought us here in the first place. A lot of teams have done poorly in SC2 (remember when mouz was a big name and had all these big players on it?). Qualification means a lot for so many people here.

Similarly, Fnatic qualifying is very important, even more so than the qualification of MYM. Which begs the question why did Millenium have to repeatedly shuffle its roster barely a month before this very important qualifier? Same goes for Fnatic, we all knew for months and months that Rekkles was to young to participate in S3 yet they continued to field the same team until the end of 2012. All in all these sponsored pro-teams should have been taking more responsibility/practice/etc if they are going to bet their fates on Bo1 group stages and a bo3 bracket stage. Then again, both organizations could just pick up qualified teams if there rosters fail to make it right? Also twitch lagging again?
