Tiger udyr is usually bad, especially for counter jungling since he clears slower, but recently teams have tried it. The point of tiger udyr is generally fast baron/dragons/towers and some more single-target damage in ganks. If you don't get that, it's pretty weak compared to pheonix. | ||

I have no idea if anything in the game can beat a double buff olaf early on tho.
