TBH, trying to say that an eye runs at 30fps or whatever is dumbing it down a whole lot, and as such, loses a lot of it's accuracy.

The point is, take a LoL teamfight running at 50 fps vs 60 fps. For one, there's already an overload of information there, it's not just about perception of motion, it's also about applying meaning to the information. So at the end of the day 50 fps vs 60 fps isn't going to matter. Whatever, I'm gonna stop here because it's getting pretty far off topic, and it's actually kinda tough to explain. Long story short,there isn't a significant functional difference when applied to situations like LoL.

As for the debate between 30fps and 60fps, I'm no specialist but on a couple occasions that I've seen 60fps or something like that (IPL 3 and some personal streams) it's EXTREMELY obvious and better.

I dont think the intros are awkward tbh. Expect it to be mandatory soon^^ when players adapt and everybody becomes 50% as epic as MC then it should be awesome
