I'm basing my understanding of the subject off of my bachelors degree and (in progress) masters in psychology. Of which, a significant portion has focused on perception, cognition, and evolutionary psychology, which is to say the physical limits of the eye, how the eye and the brain interact (and the brain's ability to process that information), and how and why those systems are developed. So when you link to a 'tweet' from a businessman (albeit a successful one), I don't see it as a credible source of information when compared to my textbooks, professors, personal experiments and wider reading, it's actually a little insulting. Admittedly, I'm not linking you to studies so you can make you're own informed decisions, but a tweet from Carmac with no references to any research does not rate as a credible source. Other than that, looking forward to today's games, and the possibility of an upset!

and Salce is kinda famous for his questionable mindset and lack of drive to practice. Well in the end it doesnt really matter and we will see what happens to evo in the future and now let's focus on Dig vs TD; Clg vs LgN 30min to go

It's a lower limit, not an upper one. IIRC, people can detect "differences" in FPS much higher than 24. ... And here's a link that talks about it. (It gets into human eye stuff about halfway down.) Why do people bother linking sources or arguing about this? Use your own eyes and just ignore the people who say that >30fps makes no difference.

Yesterday it took them literally 6-7 hours to play 4 fucking games that weren't that long anyway. And there wasn't any worthwhile content neither. How fucking hard is it to play the damn games on time, produce some decent content in between and not frustrate everyone watching. EDIT: From @LoLeSports "We had a brief internet outage here at PAX. We're hoping to start as soon as we're sure things are working properly again. "
