TSM gets too impatient, they wanted to shove that stomp in their face so they let that over aggressiveness lose them two fights in a row but by that time Dig was too far behind and their base in shambles. I think TSM knows this so they just scream "BAYLIFE" and go balls deep knowing that losing 1-2 fights won't matter.

NA teams just lack that polish that a lot of the other teams from EU/Asia have. They just say "fuck the details". They can play at their level but when both teams are relatively equal the small details matter a lot and NA teams don't get that. They all could benefit from a coach.

Seems like TSM started to lose focus at the end of the game there, the split between Chaox diving back in for kills and the TheOddOne attacking the Nexus being a good example. They stopped playing with one goal in mind and got crushed in a few team fights for it. Didn't really matter with the lead they had, but it is still something that could come back to bite them in the future.
