Its Rocketeer Tristana, she exists for... a year? Longer? on the Taiwan server. Aphromoo played her a while back in a tournament and supposedly got a very stern talking to from Riot. | ||

Yeah, they're constantly phasing between casters/players instead of the early game, which is really annoying so often. Hope they tone it down, even during Korean streams it's a bit shorter and more appropriate like signs and facial reactions to big plays.
