Have you tried a different browser, or if you have adblock/noscript, disabling that?
I'm using FF with Adblock and Noscript, but had to unblock a few scripts to get the stream going.
From the Netherlands, perfect quality and no lags at all, so far. Sound volume is a bit too low.

No matter how good or bad the tournament is going to be from this point on, I am so fucking crazy about the "seeds" sown today. Stuff I only fantasized with a few friends about. Entrances with a little show? Check. Highly scripted on-stage behaviour? Check. Analysis before the game? Check. Creating storylines and making the viewer invested? Check.
Doesn't matter how bad or good they execute, now that these concepts are out there and no longer dreams the major tournament scene will have to adapt. So happy already!

The sound is fine, no problems at all. The lag... is another thing entirely.
I asked somebody else to click the link to check, and apparently it worked (he's in France too). Using firefox.
About 40% uptime, rest lag/freeze, whatever quality is used.
