CLG go invade into the Sypher blue. Sypher is hesitant and do not contest.

30 minutes in, no Baron yet. 16-5 kills for CLG, 41.3-37.2k gold for CLG. 4-3 towers for CLG. Sypher staying in it due to Dragon kills.
