Top 5 posts of googling say that 12 AM has no meaning. "Is midnight 12pm or 12am? EITHER, since it is both 12 hours before and after noon. The real question is: what is mid-day?" | ||

The real question is: what is mid-day?" The site I linked says 12:01 AM=0:01 England is one hour earlier than CET, they get it at 11:00 PM Novembert 9th. CET gets it at 12:00 AM November 10th. So I'm pretty sure they mean midnight, so 0:01 CET November 10th. | ||
