I love it. All my champs / builds got buffed. Vlad is better (no mana). AP Cho is way better since he has innate sustain and they buffed his first full item (ludens). Tank Swain is better since he goes catalyst into frozen heart and has infinite mana anyway so this won’t do anything to slow down his spell casts.
amumu buff is pretty sizeable actually. One of the big issues with amumu was the prohibitively high cost of a rank 5 Q (Q max 2nd, or 1st with 3 points in E was the best build for him IMO). If you wanted to use it few times in a fight instead of just the one combo with ult, you went oom incredibly fast which meant it mattered less if you got ahead.
I mean he wants -Max CDR so he can actually gap close with Q -Loads of tank stats because he has nothing innate except E and meh base hp -AP if you can get it because it's really nice -Utility if none of the above is worth it
Having to get max mana as well if you wanted to be useful for any prolonged fight was annoying.
His biggest issue is just being a worse sejuani though. It was worse before when not only was he less tanky but he also had to get close to engage. Now he has a better AoE CC but still more squishy than seju
mundo buff looks like it could get pretty funny with stoneplate+spirit visage+warmogs and pop R level 16 for 260% max hp heal..
The Ivern buffs feel nasty. Post level 15 you need literally 3 seconds to get a buff AND a copy for a carry. That shit is massive, I don't think any champion can kill a buff that fast and Ivern getting it gives the copy
A few junglers can do it I think, but pretty much only using smite. And the tank junglers most certainly can't, so have to see if they lose viability.
Riot discovering Spellbinding isn't very good, decide to increase the cost and decrease AP for MS. I predict it will be used even less now.
Mundo buff is hilariously dumb, if enemy doesn't get GW, he becomes unkillable, if they do, he's still pretty useless. At the very least he'll probably dump on more champions in lane.
I don't think post level 11 clear speed is what decides which jungler are viable and which ones are not. Still, it's a nice change which makes him feel a lot better.

Not that I've ever thought yolo ap mummy was good, but in modern league he's never had a good tank kit.
playing a bad build is worse than picking a build that is slightly inferior to the same build on another champ, I mean a few thousand gold probably definitely makes a bigger difference than your champ being a bit weaker at 25 minutes.
I'm not sure AP mumu is always terrible but if it is it's more troll than tank amumu.
Mumu was used like once by cloudtemplar in S2 in a big game they won and next patch they nerfed his ult radius and therefore his ult area quite significantly and he hasn't been seen since.
Mundos buffs don't do much about his lane phase tbh, it's mostly lvl 11/16 that you notice it.
Killing camps in 3 seconds lategame isn't a big deal at all. People like udyr, shyvana have no problem doing it. I imagine Kha, warriors/trinity olaf skarner or xin have no problem with it either.

Hey, MVP played it a couple times last season too. It was AP as well!
I don't fully understand either, is there an item she builds that has AP as a side stat? Even weirder because they removed the AP ratio on her W.
A relatively unexplored part of Shyvana's fantasy is the whole flying-around-breathing-fire thing. We're moving around some of her ability power ratios to enable more people to try out this play pattern.
Someone at Riot actually endorses AP Shyv? I'll be honest, I don't think I've seen it once in my entire time playing this game.
Some people here complained that you used to be able to build both AP and AD on champs if you wanted damage. Doesn't matter if it's not good at a high level but it can be fun. Seems like this is what riot is trying to bring back in places and I like the idea.
