Anyway I thought Kennen would be good in this meta. He's not. Don't play him. Eek.

You take into account all the things you know about the situation, and use your base knowledge of the game and experience to try and predict how the game plays out, and based off that you make decisions to favourably alter that flow. I mean I guess you could literally flip a coin at every single decision fork, because "the future is unknowable!!!" but against all odds, I predict that flashing under their tower at level 1 might kill me. [...] That's a fundamental question as to whether you trust your own judgement in a game. If your jungler is obviously better then you, or if your mid laner is obviously better then you, then you might listen to them. I (generally) won't try and steal a buff from scip if he actually has a logical reason for wanting it. And in the same vein, if i'm jungling and a mid laner makes an actual argument for needing blue, that, after thinking through, makes sense to me and changes my position, then I'd give him the buff. But this is all information you take into account in deciding whether taking or giving blue is the best course towards winning. If, after taking all these things into account, my analysis is still that me taking it is better, then I should do what I think is right. Either it's the right decision and it goes well, or it's the wrong decision and you learn from that and grow as a player, and using that knowledge make a more informed decision next time. If you think something through all the way, taking everything into account, then do the opposite action to what you think is right, then I don't know what to tell you :S Alright, that was a really good post dog, nice to read such things after a long break from the game, kudosiños

Well, in soloQ, it goes like this how do you expect to get out of diamond5 when you, against your better judgment, follow the decisionmaking of dia5 players

That was a jab at the "blue passing" discussion that's been circling for a good dozen pages now without really moving much.

I just started to get really good at Leblanc and it's sad that you can so rarely play her due to getting banned all the time. That said, it's the first time I've played a champ where I actually feel like it's not fair to play against haha. I'm surprised her win rate isn't that high, not sure if maybe it's due to her having a steep learning curve compared other champs?

She's definitely one of the strongest mid picks at the moment but not freewin, especially if you are willing to play cho or diana into her.

Funnily enough I've played against Cho a few times since picking her up and solo killed them in lane every time. Now, this has been fairly early each game (probably ~lvl 6) and at high gold/low plat MMR but I can see how he would counter her later in the game once his health pool is high enough to not get burtsted. No one plays Diana so I haven't been able to try that matchup yet. Normally have the most difficulty against Azir oddly enough.

I'm surprised her win rate isn't that high, not sure if maybe it's due to her having a steep learning curve compared other champs? It's because she isn't that strong unless you're an LCS pro mechanically and game structurally. It's hard to flank in solo queue, it's risky to farm waves with her w, games last longer because it's harder to close them out. Any mistake on LB is deadly and once she is behind she doesn't have a good way of getting back into the game. Longer games increase the liklihood that enemy squishes will make it to their defensive items and higher health levels and supports get ally defensive items as the game goes on. Most importantly LBs siege is kind of weak and so an enemy team that turtles can make the lack of coordination in team fights a big issue as it's easier to defend a dive than dive when uncoordinated. All these things are small disadvantages for LB. And they add up in soloqueue little by little.

Cho is a counter in a sense that you try to farm and don't get greedy. after 6 you stack your ult and lvl 7+9 are the tipping points where the silence just becomes too op and lb can't trade anymore. while you happily farm with your catalyst.
