What is beast about this line up? Tabzz is not better player then Rekkles, fits better here since he is more aggresive and can sometimes shot call. Still he is emo kid and we will be talking in few months how he is burnt out or isn't motivated, because he has new girlfriend or playing more then scrims is too much to handle for him. They're always the same problem with him. Look at M/LD/ALL. Krepo offer literally nothing and had one good game whole split when he choked few times Nisbeth. The most annoying part about him that he overvalue his skillset. He tries to be Aphro and play Thresh/Blitz and goes for risky plays that he can't execute. Also he can't shotcall for shit. Froggen had huge problem this split: didn't adapt to meta, super small champion pool - effective on 2/3 champions, can't translate advantage from laning phase into objectives, shit shotcalling. I have super low opinion on Dexter, especially after playoffs/end of split in NA and his soloq record when can't even climb to challenger while playing 24/7. Also let remember how great Maelk/Froggen are the managing/being leader of team and how they still have terrible coaching stuff. zorozero alone would make that team beast as fuck.
But what if Kennen gets nerfed again.
It doesn't even matter, who will play toplane or jungle, as long as Krepo is shotcaller, this team won't win LCS and get out of groups at Worlds.

elements is like clg. the whole barrel is rotten from the top to bottom.

I'm just wondering why Leviathan left Elements in the first place.

In my opinion the problem is when a player is in so much control of the team that he basically does all the management/coaching decisions. You will get a big problem. It puts the player on a pedestal while the other players are below him.
This will lead to that the player doesnt respect his team mates and this is in my opinion the reason why elements is playing badly. Players don't need to be best buddies forever but they need to respect each other.

I think the reason Elements could not bounce back from a shitty start of season has a lot to do with Froggen being at the helm of the team, and having too much say in what goes. It's important for management to have a bigger say in team issues than players, or else a toxic team environment develops, where players can get too big to topple. I think a similar problem is/was present in CLG, where doublelift essentially became the CLG brand, and more than likely had too much influence on the direction of the team.

Maybe with the implementation of the coaches there is a general stability increase in many low level teams. This stability might be so influencal that even a team with high level players aka elements can fall appart if this stability is missing. Every team with good or bad players needs the good foundation to build on. And that starts with the proper choaching, the understanding of how the team has to play, the strenght and weaknesses that can be played and used for an advantage. Just going into the game and looking what froggen wants to do aka 40 minutes of turtle then go in and win might be a stone age mentality that even copenhagen wolves have evolved out of.

decaying? more like getting relegated.
They are nothing without Rekkles. Froggego and his friends should retire asap.

I would love for them to blow up the roster, but they really should remove everyone but Froggen. Krepo shouldn't stay in my opinion. I like him as a person but his play is severely underwhelming.

I blame Link for Dexter's failure in CLG.

Oh right, it was totally Link fault that dexter went from being top-2 in region to being bot-3 by last 2 months.

Well, he couldn't create synergy with top 'cause... No-one could and different language blablabla... So what left for him was mid, and as soon as athmosphere went to shit, Link started derping and Dexter started underperforming. Woulda have been in HSGG's shoes, I woulda tried to keep Dexter in the roster and kicked Link out since Dexter was the best jungler CLG ever had, and Link already got enough 2nd chances.
But I guess their decision turned out ok... :>

Best jungler CLG ever had is Saint, not dexter.

Freaking Link, forced Riot to ban Elise.

Dexter sucked on CLG because he didn't have zorozero whom was clearly the only good player on the lomodogs :^)

Player ownership/control of a team is a bad idea, and old-fashioned. It won't work because it neuters the coach and because it reduces the accountability of the player-owner.
When Reginald stepped down from the TSM roster, it was the best thing he could have done to ensure the long-term success of his team.
I worry Origen having similar issues as Elements, but we'll see.

I was going to say the same thing - Elements has a similar feel to CLG in terms of management issues. It's like you can take the team out of CLG but you can't take the CLG out of a team.

it was pretty much dexter critizised link ingame and from that point on link fuckd dexter out of the team and link even accepted the fact that this will cause the whole team to implode. dexter had no chance. maybe CLG deserves all the shit they have to endure.
