I believe most western teams do not have a coach that is competent enough to be given full authority over team strategy. Regi is one of the few that is honest about it.

This is why it's not the coach making all the decisions unilaterally in pro sports, but a system of coaches and managers making decisions as a group.

This actually is a step closer to that direction as long as Reginald doesn't micromanage too much.

And trust me, if Regi wanted to get rid of Loco he wouldn't work to try and fix his interactions with the team.

Has Riot not been rather lenient in the past with Elo boosters? Guess it will also depend on quantity. And if TiP owner knew about it that could be bad for whole org.

On one hand elo boosting is the norm/rampant/accepted in China

On the other hand I doubt this is actually XWX and the post got deleted. Pretty sparse evidence - don't see anything about the email besides rando Reddit comment? The main thing that makes me think it's not XWX though is the fact that he's only charging 200 USD lol.
