Go to your buddy list, click the "Block List" line at the bottom, type the name in the "Block Player" field, and then click the + button.
The field does clear if you go back to double check the name on the friend invite.

At this point riot can add one damage to his leap and they'll still somehow make him overpowered.
But really quite a few junglers do need more love especially eve

I also dont see how he can be a strong jungler in this jungle without becoming overpowered. Eve on Samsung played him in a loss vs. Najin and showed that he still is ridiculous in duels and skimishes (and very good in teamfights) if he had the durability to keep his HP up in the jungle it would probably turn mid, top, or both into a shitshow.
Eve (the champion) is similar. These are champions that were made into paper so they would be weaker laners, and so they went to the jungle. Reverting that would probably not be a great idea.

So my internet just died during champ select and when it came back the client was bugged and I couldn't pick a champion. I could, however, communicate to my team my client was bugged and I couldn't pick a champ.
This was my first promo game and it obviously counts as a loss now.
How is there not a system or a bug preventing tool that can help you not get screwed over?
On the topic of Kha'zix jungle though, I'd think he could find a buff maybe for his void spikes against jungle camps or something. Maybe give him more health back. Could be good for him to see him returning;

If such a system existed, it would be so heavily abused that it would have an impact on the playability of the game. Either that, or it would require such significant resources from riot that it doesn't make sense for them to address that (pretty minor, overall) issue.

Riot can't even add a working reconnect button or a notifier that loading screen is working and you want them to make something so complicated that cant be abused pls.

Red Alert 3 had this function. If you were on the load screen before a game you could turn off your wifi or pull the network cable and the game would be canceled. It was abused heavily.

So Diana's winrate has gone up 2-3% since they buffed her orb speed. I've played her a few times not in the jungle and mid. She takes very low damage in the jungle and it's great in mid vs Ahri's poke damage. Anyone else riding the Princess Diana freelo train?

So... now it's you AS buff to jungle faster and combo piece for EQ and nothing more?
