Riot has done OK with this for the most part, but this is a very blatant case of balancing for low elo, which is where the Veigar no counterplay complaints are most prevalent. It sounds to me like there might be a disconnect between what Riot thinks good Veigar play is, and what good Veigar play on live is. When I read the changes the first thing I thought was "Boy if I play Lux against him I can stand behind minions and harass him all lane long and he can't Q me anymore." | ||
