Yeah I think it's a nerf, but I don't know that it's a huge nerf, because the way it reads it sounds like you now keep your 30 stacks when it transforms. Also will build faster since they're making kills/assists with machete/razor give stacks. Stats on transform would change from: 15 AD 35% AS 33.3 damage on hit 10 hp on hit To: 10 AD 25% AS 55 damage on hit 10 HP on hit And build faster. The key nerf is that the HP on hit doesn't go up with stacks anymore IMO. | ||

Went from "Transforms to Feral Flare at 30 large monster kills" followed by "This damage and heal increases with kills, assists and large monster kills" which doesn't really make a statement either way. To "Transforms into Feral Flare at 30 Feral stacks. Kills, assists and large monster kills grant a Feral stack. Champions and monsters killed with Hunters Machete and Madreds Razors grant Feral stacks." with "Maim: Deals 25+Feral Stacks magic damage" Basically before the wording was implied that it's two different kinds of stacks, and now it's explicitly the same kind of stacks. Could be wrong, but that's how it's worded IMO. I'm sure somebody will be able to test it when it hits PBE. | ||
