so I was in a ranked game and after champ select everyone was at 100 on the load screen and then I dced. wouldn't let me back in the game after about ten mins of trying I restarted my computer and the game no longer existed. I didnt get a leave or a loss. its not on my match history and I can que up for another game. this ever happen to anyone?

Yeah but BT is quite a lot more cost efficient.

BotRK has a really weird build path (Noc doesn't really need Cutlass) and it is less cost efficient. The active is nice, but Noc can already speed himself up, plus the slow does not actually solve his problems.
